The Management and Staff of PSAMPC are dedicated to ensuring efficient operations and responsive services for all members. Guided by professionalism, accountability, and commitment, they work together to effectively implement the Cooperative’s programs and initiatives while supporting its continued growth and development.

Chairperson
The Chairperson leads the Board in fulfilling its governance responsibilities, presides over meetings, facilitates sound decision making, and ensures that Board actions remain aligned with PSAMPC’s goals and member interests.
Vice Chairperson
The Vice Chairperson supports the chairperson in carrying out board responsibilities and assumes the duties of the chairperson when necessary. The vice chairperson also contributes to policy discussions and board decisions.

General Manager
Serving as chief executive, the General Manager bridges board governance and daily execution by leading operations, managing resources, implementing policies, and driving efficiency to deliver responsive service to members.
